OMG RIVER SONG IS LIEK S0 KEWL!
She gave up all of her future regenerations for a man she barely knew. She effectively gave herself a death sentence, and yet people are pissing themselves with excitement over the tru luv of River and the Doctor.
River was kidnapped from her parents and used as a weapon. Her autonomy was stripped away thanks to the brainwashing and her whole existence revolved around killing the Doctor and then saving him in Let’s Kill Hitler. Her whole life was about someone else, a man, a Time Lord, the Doctor… never herself.
The Doctor lives and loves many a woman whilst others lay down their lives for him. River isn’t special, she is just convenient now.
