Pretty sure they can. The contract is clearly a copypasta they use and just change the names and addresses for all their tenants but they still demand £180 when you first move in and now £60 to get the contract “renewed”. I’m getting off lightly, I’ve heard of landlords charging you £250, urhghdhfgjfs
